You can take a hike from nearest village to this volcano, or ride a motorbike or go on horse back are the possible other options :)
Volcano is near city Surabaya (second largest city if Indonesia, I think).
The volcano is still active, mostly smoking, no lava flow.. I mean not yet! hahahah
The following pic is looking down into volcano:

And the next pic, I am standing by the crater near concrete barrier:

This one is all about resting LOL
