Even though most of you will probably not know this, I'm hoping someone knows somebody that can help.

Ok as you all know I'm constantly having computer problems due to lack of knowledge of where the problem is. WELL I FINALLY figured it out (I'm about 98% sure I found it this time). Windows FINALLY decided to let me know a driver was fuckin with my shit. WELL it turns out, I uninstalled my graphcis card drives and NO PROBLEMS WHAT SO EVER. Ridiculous right? So now I'm stuck with glitchy-ness from not having the drivers installed, Because with them installed I cannot get the god damn computer booted. SO, Anyone know what I can do to fix the drivers? Or replacement drivers?

And before any of you make a smartass remark "Try a different version" or anything like that, I've tried. I've tried the latest version, To the oldest version. And the version the card came with, DOn't work neither. I can't figure out why the drivers are causing the crash, I'm going to get in contact with the tech support as well, But anyone know what I could do?

Are you using Windows XP? Does your video card say it's compatible with the version of Windows you're using?

What I usually do when something like this happens is...I turn off the computer. I take out said video card. I throw it on the ground and start stomping on it. Then I glue it back together (or tape if I don't have any glue) and snap it back into the computer and try again.

I usually don't have that part of my computer working anymore but it always solves the problem.

lmao, Yes it supports my verison, It supports vista o.o and I only have XP (fuck vista). But yea, Damn smartass remark <.< lol. Yea I'd get a new one if I could afford one lol. Til then all I can do is hope to solve the problem :(

Why doesn't Luna just invent a new kind of card for you? Ha ha.

Maybe try a bios update or a forceware driver for the videocard? You're motherboard is as recent as it must be for the video card? On software I could help u but on devices...

Can u tell me lil more about ur system and the problem u face? motherboard type, videocard type? how the boot doesnt work? bios failure? windows loading and then black screen? maybe on french help forums I could find something.

Luna, It's the drivers. Windows error thing told me it was the driver. My other card did the same thing.

LCF my system (As of now, I have my old motherboard in cause my new one doesn't work with this fuckin card anymore <.<)

Motherboard = Foxconn 748K7AA Socket A/462
CPU = AMD Athlon 64 XP 2200 1.8GHz (Had a new board and new CPU, new CPU was an AMD Athlon CP 3200 2.2GHz)
RAM = Idk the models, I have one 512 stick and one 256 stick.
Hard Drives = 1x 160gig and 1x 30gig

Whenever it crashes and I re-boot a thing pops up saying "windows has just recovered from a problem" or something, Then I hit send or whatever and it brings me to a page, Similiar to that one, But instead with the error. However not always the same thing, Sometimes it says the hard drive caused it, Sometimes it says it's unknown. And a few times said something about drivers causing windows to shut down. However the one time it said it was the graphic drivers. So I uninstalled and I've been up and running since.

mmm.... Just an idea (maybe stupid)... did u try to setup ure driver on windows vga mode?

take a look if it wasn't already done it may be useful for u. Click on "lancer la detection" but u will have to setup a activX control but don't worry this site is sure. if u use firefox it will be faster.
The site will show u which drivers are setup, which one are down to date and update available.

Well, I'm ditchin windows, I'm gonna try my luck wwith Linux (ftw!). I'm actually installing it right now, Gonna dual boot my linux, With my windows in the background to access my shit. But so I'll run windows and try that though.

my pc does something similar to that too it goes to a blue screen saying something wrong (not blue screen of death but semi-similar) then it reboots and says windows has just recovered from a serious error etc:|

You probably have a windows error, Do this:

Hit ctrl + R, Or go to start and hit run. A thing pops up, type in "cmd" and run it.
Then a dos windows opens, And depending on the letter of your hard drive, Default is C:. So type, "chkdsk C: /r" Hit enter, It'll say it can't do it and if you'd like to schedule it on next boot, type "y" and hit enter.

On the next boot up it'll scan and repair all errors(usually) if it's a hard drive or windows problem :)
